EST 112 continues a rich history in hybrid in-ear designs for DUNU since 2013.

An all-new, compact shell package
Machined from lightweight aluminium alloy, finished with a scratch-resistant gunmetal anodise, and capped with elegant stainless steel faceplates.

Ergonomically shaped, with a generous fit kit
With proven ergonomics extrapolated from the DK and Studio series, the EST 112 is designed for all-day comfort. A wide array of included ear tips and a soft, lightweight cable allow for the user to listen anywhere.

Building on the fundamentals of the DK series
10 Ohm / 110 dB SPL / <0.3% THD at 1kHz. We augmented the excellent pedigree of the DK hybrid models with a new form factor and transducer type.

Our first foray into Sonion electrostatic speakers
The EST dual driver gives off a delicate, inimitable treble sheen not replicable with balanced armatures.

DUNU's third generation 13.5mm woofer
A revised diaphragm topology allows for a 9% greater effective sound reproduction area. Combined with refinements to beryllium deposition, diaphragmatic mass is now 13% lighter than that of the previous generation.

The deposited proprietary dual-sided beryllium coating is thicker, with a finer, more regular grain pattern than ever before. Bass and lower midrange frequencies maintain their palpable texture and separation with improved distortion characteristics. A revised motor structure carries a 20% improvement in magnetic flux density at the coils.

Proprietary Air Control Impedance System (ACIS)
Leveraging precise control over back-volume air flow, we use a precision-machined spiral pathway to control the load on the speaker, minimising rear standing waves and reinforcing sub-bass frequencies.
